Feed the Old Lady
“There was an old lady who swallowed a fly” is a very classic children’s book and it is very popular among the kids.
When I read the story with props to the kids, they loved it! They enjoyed to feed the old lady with different animals and always asked to play it again and again.
1. Cut out all the animal props and the Old Lady’s head. Laminating would be best for durability.
2. Glue the Old Lady’s head (after cutting out a hole in her mouth) onto an empty tissue box.
3. You then can have your children “feed” the old lady with the animal props in the story as you read. If you don't have a copy of the story at home, you can watch Panda Room Teacher Sharon read the story on the Blog.
